DBS offers consumer banking and wealth management solutions in Singapore, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, Indonesia and India.
For Private Banking clients, we can serve you from Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, UK and Thailand.
Corporate banking
DBS offers SME banking solutions in Singapore, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, Indonesia and India.
For larger corporates and institutions with more sophisticated needs, we have solutions spanning across the above 6 core markets, as well as Australia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, UAE, UK and USA.
Foreigners (non-nationals and non-residents of Singapore and Hong Kong) may open a DBS account in Singapore or Hong Kong remotely, with verification by a DBS staff (in Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia or India), or notary public.
Due to regulatory constraints, DBS staff in Mainland China and Taiwan are unable to support with account opening in Wealth Hubs. Instead, clients residing in Mainland China and Taiwan may get their verification completed by a lawyer or notary public.

Debit Card payment methods
Your transaction will automatically be debited in the foreign currency without any foreign exchange conversion fees, if your DBS Multi-Currency Account contains sufficient funds in the required foreign currency.
If your DBS Multi-Currency Account does not contain sufficient funds in the required foreign currency, we will automatically perform the foreign currency exchange based on the Bank’s exchange rate and debit your account in SGD (for Multi-Currency Account held with DBS Singapore) or in HKD (for Multi-Currency Account held with DBS Hong Kong).
