Bimo is a senior banking executive, with over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector. His expertise spans balance sheet management, sales & trading, as well as strategy & transformation, having worked in Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Bimo currently serves as the Managing Director and Head of Transformation, Data, Strategy & Planning (TDSP), responsible for bankwide strategy, planning and transformation. His primary focus is to develop business strategies to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet across corporate and consumer banking, as well as drive the bank’s digital transformation agenda.

He also drives the bank’s Data agenda, focused on dialing up economic value from analytics leveraging Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning. Bimo also leads DBSI’s Gen AI program office to drive adoption of use cases for productivity uplift.

Bimo received his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia’s Faculty of Economics.
