Ms. Nancy Tse was appointed to the Board of Directors of DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited on 14 July 2015. She is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director (“INED”) of The Wharf (Holdings) Limited (“WHL”) which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; as well as HSBC Provident Fund Trustee (Hong Kong) Limited (“HPFT”). She is also the Chairman of the Board of HPFT.

Ms. Tse was formerly the Chief Financial Officer and Director (Finance and Information Technology Services) of the Hong Kong Hospital Authority, a statutory body which manages all of the public hospitals and outpatient clinics in Hong Kong.

She is an Honorary Advisor and a member of the Policy, Registration and Oversight Committee and the Sustainability and Climate Action Task Force of the Hong Kong Accounting and Financial Reporting Council. She represents the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Accountants to serve as a member of the Professional Accountants in Business Advisory Group of the International Federation of Accountants. She is also an Adjunct Professor of The Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and also serves on the boards and committees of a number of charitable organizations and Non-Government Organizations.

Ms. Tse was a member of the Board of Governors of the Prince Philip Dental Hospital (August 2017-July 2023), an INED of Wheelock and Company Limited until its delisting in July 2020 and an INED of Link Asset Management Limited (as manager of Link Real Estate Investment Trust, publicly listed in Hong Kong) until her retirement in July 2023.

Ms. Tse holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Mathematics and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance / Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles, USA. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Canada and a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a Fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.
