DBS Academy

The DBS Academy provides innovative and commercial learning solutions to achieve business goals, strengthen our culture, and to nurture our people. It was established in 2015 to focus on learning activities, consulting solutions, and capability building, as well as to foster the continuous development of staff.

It provides a progressive, integrated and career-based learning curriculum for staff. The academy offers a well-rounded curriculum, spanning leadership development, functional up-skilling and digital. New courses are introduced each year, such as agile project management and human-centred design. We blend formal training with informal methods, such as communities-based learning.
