Annualised Premium shall be the premium paid in a year, excluding the taxes^, rider premiums underwriting extra premiums and loading for modal premiums, if any.
Basic Sum Assured is equal to the Death Benefit Multiple times the Single/ Annualised Premium.
Total premium paid means total of all the premium paid under the base product, excluding any extra premium and taxes, if collected explicitly.
Total Premiums Payable” refers to an amount equal to the Annualised Premium multiplied by the Premium Payment Term of the Policy
Income Booster is an additional Income benefit payout applicable under a non-single pay option over and above the Guaranteed Annual Income. Income Booster shall be defined as % of Annualised Premium (excluding discount) and will be based upon the number of premiums paid (in completed years).
‘Guaranteed* T&C Apply Maturity Benefit’ shall be equal to the commuted value of all the GAI and applicable Income Booster at maturity, discounted at 7.25% under Regular Income Option. For Whole Life Income option, Guaranteed* T&C Apply Maturity Benefit shall be equal to the Guaranteed* T&C Apply Annual Income plus applicable Income Booster multiplied by the GMB factors provided on company website www.tataaia.com.
