This policy is meant for enterprises where the total value at risk across all insurable asset classes at one location does not exceed ₹ 5 Crore (Rupees Five Crore) at the policy commencement date. The Royal Sundaram Bharat Sookshma Udyam Suraksha Policy provides insurance cover for physical loss or damage to, or destruction of, Insured Property relating to the business of the Insured.

• Inbuilt Covers like Removal of Debris, Professional Fees, Stocks on floater basis, Temporary removal of stocks, Additions, alterations and extensions, Cover for specific contents, Start up expenses are available
• Standard Addons like Declaration facility for stock is available
• Coverage for Earthquake, terrorism and theft (for 7 days from the happening of insured event) is available
