- This Offer is brought to you by DBS Bank India Limited (‘DBS IN”).
- The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood that the participation by the customers shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
- DBS IN Offers complementary dining experience to eligible DBS Treasures NRI customers* for their loved ones in India at “selected locations”.
- This offer is applicable to eligible NR Treasures customers whose account is active with DBS IN* as on the date of the order placement.
- The eligible customer will receive an email on their registered email id with DBS IN.
- Email will contain details of the dining offer and customer’s DBS IN Relationship Manager contact details.
- To avail this offer you will need to fill the form sent over email and share with your DBS IN Relationship Manager, who will forward it to the participating merchant to ensure delivery of dining experience.
- The request should be received from the registered email id of the customer registered with DBS IN.
- This offer can be availed only once for 2 pax and cannot be clubbed or availed separately#
- This offer is applicable only for delivery at the selected location in India and not hotel dining.
- If the person for whom delivery has been arranged in India at the selected location (“concerned person”) is not available on the date of the delivery to receive the delivery from participating merchant at the designated time, delivery person will connect with them at the time of the delivery and basis the response may deliver or return the food parcel without any further attempts.
- DBS IN will not be liable in any circumstances for the quality/genuineness/safety issues for the food being delivered by merchant partner.
- Customers will be responsible to select the food of their choice based on their dietary restrictions/dietary practices and DBS IN will not be responsible in any manner on food choices/quality/delivery.
- Food menu as provided by participating merchant is fixed and no additions/deletions are allowed.
- Some menu items may be subject to replacement.
- Delivery of the offer is subject to the local guidelines and restrictions.
- DBS IN may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or withdraw the Offer.
- The Offer is not transferable and non-negotiable or not exchangeable for cash.
- All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the customer and DBS will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.
- DBS IN reserves the right to modify / alter all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. DBS also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
- In case of all matters relating to the Offer including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the Offer or eligibility of any Customer, DBS IN decision shall be final and binding on Customer in all respects.
- You consent to our collection and use of your personal data and the use and disclosure of your personal data by / to third parties for the purpose of the Offer. You agree to the terms of the DBS Privacy Policy, a copy which can be found at www.dbs.com/privacy.
- Any customer participating in this Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
- The Offer by DBS is subject to applicable laws and regulatory guidelines / regulations and as per bank's extant guidelines from time to time.
- DBS reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise.
- Incomplete forms or unauthorized / fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
- Usage of Offer is subject to applicable terms and conditions associated with the participating merchants.
- DBS shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss or damages arising in connection with the usage of the Offer.
- All inquiries/ complaints with regard to Offer, customer is required to resolve the same directly with participating merchant through the DBS RM.DBS will not be held responsible for that.
- DBS decision on all matters relating to the Offer shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
- Dining delivery Service available during operational hours only, i.e, 12 PM to 11 PM (IST).
- The lead time for placing orders is 48 hrs prior to the delivery.
#This offer can be availed only once per relationship, including joint accounts and overall family level relationship with DBS IN during the campaign period for a maximum of 2pax only.
Eg - Customers maintaining A and B holding in his NRE and NRO accounts, both the relationship or any other relationship with the bank will be considered as one family relationship with DBS IN, hence only 2pax will be considered during the offer period as part of the entire family relationship as mentioned aforesaid.
Eg - If both husband and wife wants to opt for this dining offer, they cannot club for 4 members of their family in India. Only 2pax will be considered during the offer period as part of the entire family relationship as mentioned aforesaid.
*No freeze in the account for any reason.
