    You don’t need a credit facility if you apply for a Shipping Guarantee/Air Waybill Endorsement under a Letter of Credit. However, if you apply under our Import Bills Under Collection (DA/DP), we’ll utilise your existing credit limit with us. Please visit us at any of our Branches should you require more information.
    How long does it take to process a Shipping Guarantee/Air Waybill Endorsement?

    We can process your Shipping Guarantee/Air Waybill Endorsement on the same day if we receive the application before 1.30 pm on a working day. If we receive the documents after 1.30 pm, we will process them within the next working day.
    How do I redeem it?

    Once you’ve paid the documents, you will need to submit the original bills of lading or Air Waybills to the shipping company in order to redeem your Shipping Guarantee/Air Waybill Endorsement.
