I don’t have a DBS Corporate Account. How do I apply for access to DBS IDEAL?

You can apply for a DBS Corporate Account online by clicking this link. Your DBS IDEAL access will be created immediately after the application has been processed. 
I already have a DBS Corporate Account. How do I apply for access to DBS IDEAL?

You can complete the application form and submit to DBS.

For online account opening applications (duly accepted by the bank), your DBS Corporate Account(s) and DBS IDEAL access will be opened instantly for applications submitted between 8am – 10pm

For paper-form account opening applications (duly accepted by the bank), your DBS IDEAL access will be created within 3-5 working days after the form submission date. 

You will receive a welcome email with your DBS IDEAL first time login credentials as an attachment. An SMS with OTP will be sent to open the attachment. 
How long do I need to wait before I receive the DBS IDEAL welcome package by email?

The DBS IDEAL welcome email will be delivered in same day post successful acceptance of your IDEAL Application Form. 
If I have ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, how do I connect it with DBS IDEAL?

DBS provides both DBS IDEAL Connect (Host-to-host solution) and DBS RAPID (real-time API solution) for the connection to ERP systems. You can find more information on the DBS IDEAL Connect and DBS RAPID pages.
