1. To avail the Offer, the customer must first select the desired service from AdaniOne (“ADL”)App or Website
2. Customer must then select the DBS Bank offer from the list and enter E-Coupon as mentioned or directly click apply as listed on the offer page.
3. On ADL Offer Section: customers can directly check the list of Offers on the platform from “Offer and Discount” page, select the desired Offer and book the desired service from the same page as well.
4. Review the details on final page.
5. Make payment via DBS Debit cards to avail the offer
6. On successful payment the booking is completed and confirmation is received

Terms and Conditions

1. The offer is valid till 31st January 2025, ending at 23:59 hrs.
2. The discount is valid once per promo per card per month.
3. Offer applicable all days of the week except Fridays.
4. The offer is only applicable on DBS Bank Debit Cards
5. To avail the discount, simply enter the coupon code before making the payment with DBS Bank Debit card and the discount amount shall be deducted from the amount payable by you.
6. In case of full/partial cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for instant discount.
7. If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
8. ADL reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part and to withdraw this discount at any time in its sole discretion.
9. ADL is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
10. ADL shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
11. In no event the entire liability of ADL under this offer shall exceed the booking amount paid by the customer.
12. ADL shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
13. These terms and conditions are in addition to Adanione.com Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree to by using Adanione.com and also in addition to the conditions applicable to hotel bookings. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this particular discount only.
14. By opting for this discount, every customer expressly agrees that neither ADL nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
15. The discount is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of his/her own volition. Any person availing this discount shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
16. DBS Bank & ADL reserves the right to disqualify any cardholder from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity or misuse of the offer is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the card. In case of any fraudulent activity, for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer, necessary action will be taken by the Bank & Merchant. Please note bank’s has its own sole discretion in this regard which shall be final and binding.

23. No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the card holder/s shall be allowed. However, merchant & DBS Bank reserve the right to substitute and/or change the offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the card holder/s.
24. Offer is only valid on the eligible BINs shared by DBS Bank. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by the bank to merchant, then the cardholder will need to approach DBS Bank and ADL shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customer.
