Never share your OTP with anyone. Always remember that DBS Bank or its employees or Bajaj Finserv will never ask for your card number, card expiry date, CVV, OTP, password, or any sensitive card information to activate your card, increase the limit, change EMI, or for fee/insurance waiver.
