Most Important Terms & Conditions (MITC) for your CPP Card Protection Membership:

General

• The CPP Card Protection membership is provided by CPP Assistance Services Private Limited (“CPP”), whose corporate office address is at Ground Floor, Wing – A, Golf View Corporate Tower – A, Golf Course Road, Sector – 42, Gurgaon – 122002, Haryana, India in conjunction with its third-party suppliers/service providers.
• You must provide CPP with full and accurate information in connection with your CPP Card Assure Membership and Services. In case you provide false or materially incomplete information or commit a material breach of the main terms & conditions of the membership, CPP may cancel your membership.
• Advance payment of the Fees is the essence of the commencement (or renewal) of the Membership and the Services to be provided to You under your Agreement with CPP.
• The Card Fraud Insurance Cover is provided as an add-on complementary benefit under the Group Insurance Policy taken by CPP from an Indian insurance company (insurer). Please refer to the Group Insurance Policy Terms and Conditions for more details.
• Any change or new addition to your membership and services shall be intimated by you at least 45 days in advance by CPP and such changes shall become applicable from the date of intimation. However, it is clarified that few features where CPP is acting as facilitator, may be added, modified, or replaced during the Period of Agreement without this advance notice period of forty-five (45) days.
• CPP reserves the right to revise the Membership Fee at any point of time, but it will not change for your membership until the next Renewal Date.
• You can cancel your membership anytime during the membership period. You will be refunded the membership fee as per the following refund grid:
  • Within 30 days: 100% refund
  • Between 31 and 180 days: 50% refund
  • After 180 days: Nil
• These terms and conditions are governed by and must be interpreted in line with the laws of the Republic of India.

Renewal

• Your Membership begins on the start date and continues for the period up to the renewal date as mentioned in the welcome letter.
• CPP will renew your membership on the renewal date by charging your Pay Card/ Account as provided by you unless you contact CPP before that date and ask CPP not to renew. A letter informing about the renewal of the membership will be sent to your registered postal address forty-five (45) days in advance of the renewal date.

Consent

You understand that your use of CPP products shall be deemed as your consent allowing CPP to collect all the required data/information including any sensitive personal data or information from you to service you and to transfer/utilize your personal information with CPP approved suppliers/service providers including CPP group companies for the purpose of sending correspondence to you and providing some of the features of the membership to you. CPP Card Protection membership (‘Product’) is provided by CPP Assistance Services Private Limited (‘CPP’) and DBS Bank India Limited (‘DBS’) is not the manufacturer or owner of the Product and is merely referring the Product to its customers on ‘as is’ basis and DBS shall not be responsible or liable for the Product or any goods and services offered by CPP. DBS makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, of any kind, whatsoever, with respect to the Product and hereby expressly disclaims all warranties with respect to the Product, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or completeness of the information, materials, services or the reliability of any service, advice, opinion, statement or other information displayed or distributed by CPP. DBS hereby disclaims any or all liability for any loss, damage and any other consequence resulting directly or indirectly from or relating to your use of the Product. Neither DBS or its directors, officers, employees, representatives, or agents nor any of DBS affiliates nor their directors, officers, employees, representatives, or agents will be liable to or have any responsibility of any kind for any loss that you incur in the event of any deficiency in the services of CPP. DBS provides a payment mechanism for the Product and will not encourage any complaints/claim requests in relation to the Product. One of the features offered as part of the Product is linked to Insurance. Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation.
