DBS strives to be a force for good by championing societal and local community causes that continue to drive positive environmental and social impact. To reward customers for making conscious green consumption choices and to encourage the habit of green spending, from now until 31 December 2023, they can enjoy InstaRedeem discounts by earning stamps through DBS Card+ App when they shop with DBS Credit Cards at designated social enterprises, including those supported by DBS Foundation.
For four consecutive weekends from 22 April until 14 May, DBS Hong Kong has also joined forces with K11 Art Mall to organise the pop-up Live Better Market to provide eco-products and limited green offers with 52 sustainable-living merchants, including DBS Foundation’s grant award winners including Breer, Rooftop Republic and Eco-Greenergy.

Eco-friendly card materials to contribute to positive climate impact
With a long-term vision of being the Best Bank for a Better World, we stay innovative and continue to align our sustainability agenda with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. To reduce the use of plastic through customised retail solutions, DBS Hong Kong has adopted the alternative bio-based polylactic acid (PLA) plastic for DBS COMPASS VISA and DBS Live Fresh Card to create long-term value for our customers and the environment.
Moreover, with Mastercard® Priceless Planet Coalition, which aims to preserve the environment through the restoration of trees, DBS will plant a tree on behalf of DBS Live Fresh Cardholders upon eligible spending at designated social enterprises.

InstaRedeem Discount for Designated Social Enterprises
Under the refreshed InstaRedeem Discount scheme for Designated Social Enterprises, DBS Card+ App users can collect one stamp after completing a single transaction of HK$250 or above at retail stores or the online shops of nine designated social enterprises[4] during the promotion period[5]. For every five stamps collected, the sixth eligible transaction[6] can be entitled to HK$60 InstaRedeem Discount for DBS Live Fresh Card or HK$40 InstaRedeem Discount for other DBS Credit Cards[7].
