Join us for our Global Financial Markets Internship Programme where you can learn and grow on the job!

Global Financial Markets Internship Programme is a 12-week structured internship for university penultimate and final year students. Seize the opportunity to gain practical on-the-job experience and develop your soft skills through presentations, project work and collaborating with stakeholders. You will also experience mentorship and networking opportunities with senior management and your peers.

Complete all online assessments: Cognitive & Behavioural Assessments.

Eligible candidates will be invited to the physical Assessment Centre.

Assessment Centre and Interview

10-17 Feb 2025

Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an interview and half day Assessment Centre in-person.

Successful candidates will receive an offer to join the Global Financial Markets Internship programme.

1. How many internship intakes are there in a year?
There will only be one intake per year for full time summer internship between May to August.
2. Does the Internship Programme offer hybrid work arrangement?

DBS has permanently adopted a 60-40 hybrid working arrangement, in which employees are given the flexibility to work remotely for up to 40% of the time. This will vary according to the job function.

3. Do you offer part time internship?
No. We are seeking interns who can commit to a full-time summer internship for minimum 12 weeks.
4. Are interns allowed to take time-off during office hours to go back to school for lessons?
No. We are seeking interns who can commit to a full-time summer internship for minimum 12 weeks.
5. What can I expect after completing my internship?
Interns who show excellent leadership capabilities and exemplary performance will be fast tracked to Management Associate Programme.
6. Can I apply for my internship to be credit bearing with my university?
Yes. Please inform your Campus Recruiter about this request if you are shortlisted for a role.
7. What is the salary and benefits package?
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package in a dynamic working environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements. More information will be shared with you if you are shortlisted.
8. What can I expect at the Assessment Centre?
You will work on case studies and group exercises. More information will be shared with you if you are shortlisted.
9. Will I have the opportunity to work overseas during the Internship Programme?
No. You will be based in Singapore during the Internship Programme.
