1. Is this a permanent position?
Yes.
2. What can I expect after completing the 12-month programme?
Management Associates who show excellent leadership capabilities and are consistently top performers will be groomed for accelerated career progression within DBS and provided opportunities to switch roles across departments or countries.
3. Will I have the opportunity to work overseas within first 12 months?
You will be based in one of our offices in India during the Management Associate Programme but you will have the opportunity to be considered for overseas job postings via our High Potential (HIPO) Programme.
4. What is the salary and benefits package?

5. Is the commencement date of the Management Associate Programme flexible?
No. Our Management Associate Programme will commence in June or July 2025.
6. What are the training which I will receive?
We will provide structured training to develop your professional skills including banking fundamentals and soft skills training.
7. What can I expect at the full day Assessment Centre?
You will work on case studies and group exercises. More information will be shared with you if you are shortlisted.
8. Does the Management Associate Programme offer hybrid work arrangement?

DBS has permanently adopted a 60-40 hybrid working arrangement, in which employees are given the flexibility to work remotely for up to 40% of the time. This will vary according to the job function.

9. How quickly can I progress?
Management Associates will graduate as Analyst after the programme and may be promoted within 18 months depending on performance.
10. How many intakes are there in a year?
There will only be one intake per year.
