PTE Exam Fee – Cancellation Charges and Refund Policy

You can also place a cancellation request through the official PTE website and claim a refund. To be eligible for a full refund of your PTE exam price, you need to place your cancellation request at least 14 prior to the test date. You may also place a cancellation request 7-14 days prior to the test date window. In such an event, you would only be eligible for a 50% refund of the cost of the PTE test. Note that you will not be eligible for refunds if you place a cancellation request within less than 7 days from the exam date.

PTE Rescheduling Fee

You are allowed to reschedule your PTE test date without incurring any additional cost by placing your rescheduling request at least 14 days before the test date. If you choose to reschedule your appointment in the 7 to 14 days window prior to the test date, you have to pay an extra 50% amount of the original test fee. Rescheduling requests are not accepted in the last 7 days prior to the test. Should you choose to reschedule, you will have to pay the full amount of the PTE test price for your new exam date.

Reviewing Your PTE Score

If you are dissatisfied with your PTE score, you can place a request to review it through the official PTE website. Placing a review request will cost you approximately $US 100. If your review request results in an improvement in your PTE score, the amount will be refunded. You need to place your review request within 14 days of receiving your test scores.
