Steps to Redeem

  1. To avail the Offer, the customer must first select the desired service from AdaniOne (“ADL”)App or Website
  2. Customer must then select the DBS Bank offer from the list and enter E-Coupon as mentioned or directly click apply as listed on the offer page.
  3. On ADL Offer Section: customers can directly check the list of Offers on the platform from “Offer and Discount” page, select the desired Offer and book the desired service from the same page as well.
  4. Review the details on final page.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The offer can be availed once per promo per card per week.
  2. The offer is valid till 31st January 2025, ending at 23:59 hrs.
  3. Offer applicable all days of the week except Fridays.
  4. The offer is only applicable on DBS Bank Debit Cards
  5. To avail of the offer, the customer must enter the coupon code before making the payment.
  6. All bookings are subject to availability.
  7. The transaction or spendings should only pertain to expenses in the flight ticket booking category as categorized by ADL on Adani One (app/website) only.
  8. In case a customer pays through reward points partly for the order, customer shall be eligible to get the benefit of Instant discount only if the ‘paid amount through card + value of discount availed’ is greater than or equal to the minimum transaction value applicable for the particular offer.
  9. All the tickets/bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective airlines/supplier.
  10. The offer is not applicable to payments made through 3rd party wallets, COD, Pay Pal, gift cards, and net banking payments.
  11. Offer is not applicable on payments made through DBS Bank Net Banking or App.
  12. In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void and the customer will not be eligible for the discount.
  13. If the customer cancels the travel service purchase after the discount amount is availed, ADL will deduct the discount amount from the refund, and cancellation charges shall apply.
  14. If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, the customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
  15. DBS Bank & ADL reserve the right at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part and to withdraw this discount at any time in its sole discretion.
  16. ADL & DBS Bank are the sole authority for interpretation of these terms. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer, ADL & DBS Bank reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
  17. In no event, the entire liability of ADL & DBS Bank under this offer shall exceed the booking amount paid by the customer.
  18. ADL & DBS Bank shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
  19. By opting for this discount, every customer expressly agrees that neither ADL nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
  20. The discount is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of his/her own volition. Any person availing of this discount shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  21. Offer is only valid on the eligible BINs shared by DBS Bank. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by the bank to merchant, then the cardholder will need to approach DBS Bank and ADL shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customer
