It is why our 12-month graduate programme is designed to be rigorous. It’s been carefully curated based on the principles of our DBS Triple-E framework for growth and development. Experience: Grow as you go by taking on challenging and impactful projects within the bank. These include rotations within unit (e.g. for Technology, Data and Operations) or direct to role (e.g. Institutional Banking Group, Consumer Banking Group and Global Financial Markets).Education: Develop your professional skills and gain soft skills training through structured training.Exposure: Receive mentorship from our senior leaders, and connect with those in your cohort with a common passion for banking and technology. You will graduate as an Analyst after the programme, and may receive a promotion within 18 months depending on your performance.By demonstrating the 3P’s (i.e. Performance, Potential & our PRIDE! values), you may be nominated into the High Potential (HIPO) programme. Who Are We Looking ForYou have an excellent record of leadership, demonstrated commitment to uphold values that are important to you, and drive to impact the lives of others.Additionally, you have and/or are:

A Bachelor or Master's degree from a recognised university in any discipline

Less than two years of working experience

Passionate about banking and technology

A great communicator, with people across all levels

Agile and motivated to thrive in a global and dynamic business environment
