The Back to Work Programme looks to bring individuals who have been away for some time back to the workforce, empowering them with flexible working arrangements (FWAs), a holistic suite of employee benefits and career development tools so that they can continue building their careers with DBS.
These include mothers, retirees and those looking to return to work after a career break or other personal reasons.
Examples of available FWAs include full-time or part-time arrangements, such as:
Full-time (Permanent/Direct Contract/Contract hires)
E.g. Work in office on Monday – Wednesday and from home Thursday – Friday
Part-time (Permanent/Direct Contract/Contract hires)
E.g. 3.5 days work week: Work from Monday to Thursday morning weekly
